DPDHL is hiring a Claims Manager in our Insurance and Risk Management service line in Plantation, FL.In this role, you will manage the resolution of claims for DHL Global Business Services, to include DHL Express, DHL Supply Chain, and DHL Global Forwarding.You will develop and implement programs and initiatives that drive reduction in claim origination through improvements in business activities.
Prepares sites for installation; arrange for necessary equipment to the sites before installation commences, such as tools, containers, moving and safety equipment; negotiation and arrangement of accommodations and transportation to and from site. Manages selected contractors to fulfil their scope of work on-site. Manages Field Service Technicians on-site. Manages schedule for installation and commissioning until acceptance of equipment, including scheduling KHS and non-KHS Field Service Technicians.
