Develop, maintain and implement the department budget, ensuring cost effective solutions for repairs and upgrade. Manage infrastructure maintenance contracts (negotiation, execution and termination). Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction. Manages a defined portfolio of customers and secures them for a lasting relationship within the region. Responsible for establishing customer business profiles and customer requirements.
