Pour renforcer notre équipe marketing centrale et poursuivre nos déploiements de gammes, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de produit / Product Manager h/f pour développer notre marque HERLITZ. Vous intégrez l’équipe marketing-siège et, dans le cadre de la stratégie générale de la marque, vous êtes responsable d’une gamme de produits, depuis leur conception jusqu’à l’aide à leur mise sur le marché : • Développement, lancement de nouveaux produits/concepts/projets/cahiers des charges à l’échelle mondiale ou régionale • Gestion d’un portefeuille de produits existants (optimisation et rationalisation de gammes, rotation, aide à l’amélioration des ventes et de la rentabilité …) en tenant compte du cycle de vie de chaque gamme • Amélioration du positionnement de la marque pour les gammes identifiées comme étant clés pour la croissance à moyen terme Ce que vous allez accomplir • Comprendre les marchés mondiaux et régionaux, les besoins et attentes des utilisateurs finaux / circuits de distribution et partenaires commerciaux pour identifier des insights puissants et les convertir en produits et/ou projets
